Summary
Over the last decade, I’ve built and scaled global delivery teams in senior leadership roles — most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Office Beacon LLC (Nov 2024–Oct 2025). In that role, I helped clients reduce costs, expand internationally, and adopt automation-first operations.
In October 2025, I began my journey as an independent consultant, partnering with CXOs and founders to solve their toughest scaling challenges through both advisory and execution.
