Although HR and employment law can be tricky, the misconception is that it protects employees so much to the point that businesses are not able to make business centred decisions. That’s far from the truth.

Employment law exists to prevent employees from being exploited, treated unfairly, discriminated against etc. It doesn’t mean that businesses cannot make executive decisions centred on business growth.
